This case was obliterated on appeal. The Judge's opinion was the laughing stock of the SEP industry for a while. Qualcomm did nothing wrong and this was all part of Apple's massive campaign against Qualcomm to force a positive settlement for themselves.

  Some judge in later instance decided that Qualcomm did nothing wrong. In my opinion Qualcomm is at the top of evil corporations. As the original ruling said.
