Sort-of relatedly, in the last few years I got increasingly big on gardening and subsistence agriculture - apart from doing a lot of work in the neighbourhood I live in, I am taking a permaculture design course, and I'm studying up on the areas of biology that I didn't pick up through my career in life sciences. I am mostly looking for short-term work, and for unique opportunities. I take projects in the areas of data science, big data engineering, and machine learning, as well as in development of scientific software.
