This implicitly assumes the existence of a soul. If 'you' were born as someone else, you wouldn't be you! The only actually coherent thought experiment is being born the same, just in a different environment, but that leads to completely different conclusions. Wealth is an external property, but intelligence, race, gender - aren't.
