Forcing in-person now is a cowards way at doing layoffs a-la Yahoo a decade ago.
- silksowed 4y agoive always wondered what would happen if the remote employee just said they were not going back in the office. if said employer wanted to terminate the employee wouldn't that grant the employee to severance, or unemployment benefits at the minimum?
