I think it’s great that you’re doing that. It being your choice is key. For many of us we’ve seen that we’re just as productive working remotely plus we have more free time. There is no personal upside to me working in an office.
- honeybadger1 4y agoThis is fair and balanced reply. I still think it comes back to nuance on the company, what task you are performing, team size.. etc.. It's removing the nuance that causes the 'group think' on this topic and any company being flagged as regressive just because of this workforce decision.
