- vegai_ 4y agoTurkey's military expenditure per capita is roughly $250. Finland's is about $710, Sweden's $590. I don't know about PKK, but it seems like they don't have significant presence in either of those countries. I do find it odd to have weapons embargoes to nations you're supposed to be in a military alliance with.
