Remote work is closing the geographic pay gap
- hunglee2 4y agoInteresting to see this kind of 'levelling up', at least at the national level. I wonder how much this is due to Tier 1 based engineers relocating to Tier 3 locations and resisting employers attempt at location based pay adjustment. Good news if we can level across _and_ up, but I suspect the broader economic conditions will soon favour employers more, closing the optimum window employees had to negotiate the best deal
