SPACs bring new management and/or bundle together multiple existing companies into one large IPO, allowing you to sort of merge/index/change-manage/IPO all at the same time. This theoretically could allow three dying manufacturing firms to become one functioning public firm. Yea that’s the best I can come up with. Not super believable.
