Raising prices is increasing churn. Surely the solution is to raise prices even more and add surcharges. I'd gladly subscribe to Netflix at their ~2015 prices, adjusted for inflation. That would be $7.99 -> $9.72 (inflation adjusted) a month for HD; today it costs you $15.49 for that.
