are arbitration decisions part of public record? can someone request documents on it like one would for court documents?
- thathndude 4y agoGenerally no. It’s all private and unreported. There are some statistics gathered, but they’re anonymized. So, for example the statistic will record that my firm represented an unnamed consumer against a named company.
