Great write up, but I would also be interested to learn what the total number of hours was that the author devoted to this case, including all the phone calls, email, research, preparation, etc. His main takeaway was to not be afraid of the arbitration process, but unfortunately the time commitment itself does seem very significant, even in a relatively straightforward case like his.
