This guy arbitrates. I’ve done something like 500+ consumer arbitrations in the last 5 years. JAMS tends to result in better outcomes for the consumers. There’s all sorts of reasons for this. If nothing else, JAMS arbitrators tend to be retired judges with experience in the adjudication role. More often than not, AAA arbitrators are just attorneys with 10+ years of experience. And, well, let’s just say 10 years of experience as an attorney does not automatically make a person competent.
