You can't improve because you're burned out. You're burned out because you're working insanely hard. You need to find a way to get out of your current job. Clearly, if your job relies on you so much, you're not incompetent. Find another job at your skill level that respects your work-life balance, and a 40hr week means a 40hr week. I realise this is easier said than done, but that is what I would start with if I were in your position.
