Top down analysis of the US News last week shows interesting coverage patterns
- WalterGR 4y agoI don't know how they get their data, but it's easily, provably false. Compare "NYTimes’ only article on this last week was 'Baby Formula Shortage Reveals Gaps in Regulation and Reporting' ... Fascinatingly, NYTimes just released an episode on the Daily about this, perhaps to address its missing coverage" with https://www.google.com/search?q=site:nytimes.com+baby+food+shortage&tbs=qdr:w https://www.google.com/search?q=site:nytimes.com+baby+food+s... The site is trying to intuit intent on the part of news sites from what is clearly flawed data.
- rohankshir 4y agoThis is based on articles that show up on the Front Page of each source, twice daily, if it is as the bottom of the frontpage, it's coverage score will be close to zero. That said, feedback taken about my word-choice.
- WalterGR 4y agoWhy twice daily? Do you check mobile browsers, apps?
