The website is almost empty on mobile but still takes 3 seconds to load and I get a white screen while its loading. How did everyone get so bad at web development?
- jabiko 4y agoIt seems like java.com is powered by https://www.oracle.com/content-management/ https://www.oracle.com/content-management/ After the page is loaded some JavaScript loads the actual page content via a REST API. While this takes place you are looking at a white screen.

- exabrial 4y agoSPAs are a problem literally _everywhere_: When all you have is a sledgehammer, everything is a rusty nail just waiting to be pounded sideways and abandoned for someone else to fix.
