Controversially I would like to have fridge and stove that could send me telemetry over Wi-Fi. I currently have RuuviTag in my fridge to monitor temperature and moisture, but I can't put one in my oven for obvious reasons (and it couldn't monitor stove anyway). Obviously neither should have any actual controls over Wi-Fi, but getting a notification about open fridge door, being able to check if stove or oven is on while away from home, or getting report when something (is about to) breaks would be neat.
