QM is far worse than an N-body problem. You can trivially model an interaction of 2 or 3 particles as bodies, at a given precision. But when you consider them as waves, you have to compute an insane amount of information.

And precision is another undefined thing. Is particle's speed / position continuous or quantized? Or in case of QM, is there a resolution to the waves? Or is it all infinitely precise?
