If I take keyset approach then obfuscate my sorting key+value in some token it becomes a "cursor"? The only point in doing this is to stop abuse of large offsets? Also article states a con of Keyset is you can't use an offsets. Technically you can, just the same a pagin (WHERE ID > X ORDER BY ID LIMIT Y OFFSET Z)??
