- Communitivity 4y agoKudos, was about to post that and saw you got there first. For those who don't know, the Pax is G-23 Paxilon Hydrochlorate. It's a fictional chemical compound created by the Union of Allied Planets to pacify populations. Tested on Miranda, it had the effect of pacifying 99% of the population, but 1% turned into psychotic rage machines. All of this is from the Serenity movie set in the Firefly universe. I loved watching the Firefly TV series, and the movie.
