I’m being depressed by the news as well. Everything seems to get worse every month. it’s been like that since 2016. It kind of feels like a nightmare. Like an America movie except the bad guys win. I’d love to hear that it’s just the media going crazy, and me falling for doomscrolling. I was more or less immune to this, but then Ukraine invasion happened. I feel powerless.
