If any part of your requirements touch on security, performance, or reproducibility, then yes "broken" is the correct adjective here.
- SahAssar 4y agoIs a normal car "broken" because my usecase is off-roading? Is your laptop "broken" because my usecase is processing credit card transactions? Even if you think that something is bad for all usecases it is not broken if working as designed.
