I'm already fat enough to be confused with these pathetic cowardly excuses for police. 20 minutes elapsed between the initial 911 call and the murderer's entry to the school. Some time after that, police arrived, heard gunshots and the terrified screams of young children, and set up a perimeter to exclude parents who were already arriving to personally rescue their own children. Over the next 80 minutes, these walking arguments for smaller government excluded civilian parents with violence and racist insults, while allowing other police officers to enter the school for the sole purpose of rescuing those officers' own children. Over this period, gunshots and terrified screams were heard while children made 911 calls begging rescue for the dwindling number of surviving children. No Anglo officer risked his safety in order to rescue a Latino child. Finally, 80 minutes after the murderer wrecked his truck, the border patrol showed up, walked into the room occupied by the murderer and the corpses of his young victims, and shot the murderer dead. Then the border patrol supervised the process of parents taking custody of their traumatized children, adding more trauma to the situation by implicitly threatening deportation for the many undocumented families whose children attend this school.
