In this case, it's just the opinion of one retired Mississippi neurosurgeon.

The "real" URL of the article is https://surgicalneurologyint.com/surgicalint-articles/covid-update-what-is-the-truth/ https://surgicalneurologyint.com/surgicalint-articles/covid-... I'm not sure if it's a good or a bad journal. Also it says "Article Type: Editorial" The articles of many journals are collected in "PubMed Central" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PubMed_Central https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PubMed_Central that has the nih.bov URL. But PubMed Central and the NIH don't filter or endorse the papers, they just republish what is published in journals.
