In my several years of experience of participating in retrospectives at two different companies/teams - it's a total waste of time. Just one of the ceremonies for keeping "Agile Coaches" employed.
- spelunker 4y agoIMO I think it depends on how the team handles it. The team I'm on tends to oscillate between "useless meeting" and "agent for change". I think if there's nothing to talk about why have yet another meeting? Perhaps we'll implement a straw poll about actually holding retrospective... I'll bring it up in the next retro of course.
