- peanut_worm 4y agoScrum and Agile are like Monads, no one really knows what they are.
- moron4hire 4y agoWhat don't you get about a monad in X is just a monoid in the category of endofunctors of X, with product × replaced by composition of endofunctors and unit set by the identity endofunctor.

- wccrawford 4y agoYes, but you're not "Scrumming" and "Agile" with capital letters. And that's a good thing, because then you wouldn't be "agile" anymore. I actually like Scrum, but holding onto it too tightly is a big mistake, IMO.
