I'm working on revolutionizing medical education in developing countries with my team of medical students and doctors. While we've grown massively and relatively quickly and have thousands of customers, one thing we're looking to do better in is engaging educational institutions and securing contracts with them. How one can more effectively navigate bureaucracy, red-tape, corruption and so forth would be helpful.
