Why not HubSpot? I use HubSpot and am honestly really happy with it.
- nyellin 4y agoIt's not terrible, just looking for alternatives I'm not familiar with. We wanted to use it for marketing automation but would have had to pay $900/month even after the startup discount [1] so we chose customer.io instead and it's been way better in every way. (Better product and less than a quarter of the price.) So I'm wondering if there's another product I should be aware of for the CRM aspects. [1] We have only a single automation workflow, but it needs to both send emails and trigger a webhook. So with HubSpot we would have had to pay for both the marketing and automation hub
