Large companies are actually more vulnerable in some ways, because they have stuff that can be taken away from them if they dont listen to you. Judges HATE being ignored, and every judge in the nation will have the back of the judge who takes action for being ignored. The advantage the company has it that they can drag things out for years and most people cant fight that battle with them. But smart companies will still respond, billable hours spent to fight it may often cost more than just doing what the customer asks. Using the adsense example, cost to do that all that was for sure way less than actually challenging someone over the issue.
