- erfgh 4y agoIt's free unless there's someone forcefully stopping other businesses from entering the market.
- olalonde 4y agoI suppose laying cables down the streets requires some kind of authorization. Also, the Canadian government is forcefully stopping foreign owned companies from entering the telecom market.
