You described the point of view of an agile practitioner, leaning towards scrum. Could you contrast it with project manager's role? What's a project manager - a role eliminated by scrum - expected to do?
- t43562 4y agoPresumably they become product managers or something like that and try to get a series of changes through various teams in a co-ordinated way that add up to some achievement or "project". Their estimates have to be based on what teams predict and velocity and so on and on.
