I'm pretty sure all of those cars are far less efficient in the miles per kwh sense than their tesla counterparts. Which is a shame.

- zelos 4y agoIt does look like the Model 3 has a decent lead in efficiency: https://ev-database.uk/compare/efficiency-electric-vehicle-most-efficient#sort:path~type~order=.efficiency~number~asc|range-slider-range:prev~next=0~600|range-slider-towweight:prev~next=0~2500|range-slider-acceleration:prev~next=2~23|range-slider-fastcharge:prev~next=0~1100|range-slider-lease:prev~next=150~2500|range-slider-topspeed:prev~next=60~260|paging:currentPage=0|paging:number=9 https://ev-database.uk/compare/efficiency-electric-vehicle-m...
- pkulak 4y agoProbably not BMW. They actually beat Tesla to market with high-efficiency, switched-reluctance designs (someone please correct me if I'm wrong here, I think that's what the tech is called), and have an uncanny ability to design low coefficients of drag.
