Tell HN: Cloudflare does not cache HTML content

1 points by ushakov 4y ago

if you visit caching options in the dashboard > Note: By default, Cloudflare does not cache HTML content. You can create a Page Rule to cache static HTML content. basically if you want to enable cache you need to pay up for Page Rules

Free Cloudflare accounts come with 3 page rules per website.

You don’t, even the free plan has 3 included. HTML can often be server rendered dynamic and is unsafe to cache by default.
