- frakkingcylons 4y agoPair programming in an interview is one of the most useful ways to evaluate candidates in my experience.
- edgyquant 4y agoSo algorithmic white board interviews are bad because they aren’t a measure of day to day productivity and now programming interviews are bad because reasons. How should I determine if engineers are a good fit then?
- niek_pas 4y agoIn my view, you should allow candidates to work on an assignment of your choosing to be handed in by a deadline you set.
