- TrueDuality 4y agoIt is commonly used in Vietnamese cooking. The Konjac plant is kind of like corn. Konjac gum is like corn starch.
- c_o_n_v_e_x 4y agoKonjac noodles are a thing in Japan. They are low carb friendly as well.
