- 0x12 15y agoThat's not an absolute. That could mean from 2 to 18, or it could be from 2000 to 18000. It also doesn't say how it holds up over time, whenever you change something there will be a spike, and then it will level off.
- chc 15y agoThe article doesn't present it as an absolute. The article just presents it as a humorous data point that leads into a discussion of how you should keep track of this kind of thing instead of just winging it.
