Got locked out of facebook for 'suspicious activity' as I was logging in to permanently close account. Only way to log in now is to provide them with a scan of

  Amazon did that with me for reasons I do not understand (again, unspecified "suspicious activity"). When I sent them scans of my driver's license they concluded they were too blurry. I'm not sure how I could send them a higher resolution scan over fax, which is what they required (the scans also seemed pretty clear to me and others I showed it to as a sanity check).
