Goldfinger told James Bond that he had a saying: "Once is Happenstance. Twice is Coincidence. Three Times is Enemy Action". The month before Covid appeared, The Gates Foundation and others held an exercise regarding a Respiratory Disease pandemic. ("Happenstance") Now Monkey Pox has appeared within weeks of another Gates Foundation and others' exercise regarding a Monkey Pox pandemic.
