If it's prohibitively expensive for everyone, how is the black community targeted unfairly?
- 1915cb1f 4y agoThe black community was targeted in the same way that poll taxes were used to prevent freed slaves were voting. Are you seriously questioning whether or not Reconstruction-era white southerners had it out for black people?
