Don't we already have a bunch of states competing with each other as an experiment to see what form is the most effective?
- huherto 18y agoyes, we only need the barbaric hordes every 50 years
- DLWormwood 18y agoI know you're trying to be cute, but our current situation has too many confounding variables: cultural makeup, history, terrain advantages, economic baggage... We'd need a more laboratory like situation where the city-states are more alike, save for the variables we want to test.
