Note that: * I am not saying that these interests are mutually exclusive. * I am also not asserting that Google search is presently doing a good job serving its users, far from it in my personal opinion. I certainly want "customer satisfaction" to be the big deal, however. I'm not quite sure why you put that term in quotes.
