Working at a company that maintains several forums; I've found that anything we say publicly can and will be construed to suit whatever agenda they aggrieved party wants to play into. There will always be claims of bias in moderation but all you can do is try to apply the same yard stick to everyone. And still hold feet to the fire when they break the community guidelines.
