Dubai government servers are bouncing mails originating from protonmail.com. Will proton.me bypass this?

  Unlikely, I doubt their IT is that incompetent to not block any new DNS entry associated with Proton

  use a custom domain, it works most of the time. however its nothing out of the ordinary to expect from the UAE.
