An interesting analogy, but it's worth remembering that we don't actually understand sleep as a mechanism very well.
- arthurcolle 4y agoI thought the analogy of defragmentation was considered acceptable. I stopped doing all nighters a few years ago and the days have become much easier to handle, even bad days. Always getting a good night's sleep is, in the modern vernacular of philosopher-poet DJ Khaled, a "major key alert"
