- gregjor 4y agoMcDonalds is a real estate company that happens to sell burgers. You see how that trite equation works for every company? Tesla’s revenues come from car sales, not from licensing any amazing proprietary technology. Ford sells electric cars. Nissan has decent self-driving. Are they tech companies too?
