Tesla Model Y fire: there’s a manual door release, here’s how to use it
- buffington 4y agoI can't imagine any passenger being able to use the manual door release of the rear doors in an emergency. Popping those tiny little panels off isn't exactly easy. With patience and a flat head screw driver it's fine, but when the car is on fire and you can't open the door to put yourself in the best position to do it, I'd say it'd be damn near impossible.
