I use the Gallery app and it was really the best, until the developer had to remove the hide/unhide images due to changes in Android 12 :( .

  I use the gallery app on android 12 (on a Pixel) and the hiding and unhiding works.

    Do you use the Pro version? The free one hasn't been updated in a few years so is not affected by changes to Android 12.

      Yes, I use the v6.22.0 Pro version from the Play Store.

        I'm on v.6.23.6, maybe v.6.23 is when these changes were introduced.

          I digged a bit deeper and it looks like you're right.
