I'm curious how one develops the skill to so (seemingly) adequately discern the "best" from "great".
- psd1 4y agoSix-round interview process. Presumably with compassionate rejection letters for the unsuccessful candidates - I don't think. Kindness is the most important quality any human can have. I'm detecting none from this tool. I do appreciate the warning not to go near his 2-bit no-office-manager company.
