  That report presents clearly the reasons why entities like the CDC must be eliminated. They declare the need for the ability to have a single unaccountable bureaucrat with the ability to permanently lock down the entire planet or to take any other freedom-destroying action on a "no regrets" basis. At the first sign of a "threat", real or imagined, it's purge the commoners and don't ask questions later. They have demonstrated that it is unsafe for freedom to have such entities.
