If it understands a plotter pen-based language like HPGL, I consider it a plotter even if the actual print mechanism is an inkjet.
I say this as someone with a Draftmaster II in the spare bedroom...
- BashiBazouk 4y agoIt's been many years since I've ran plan sets, so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but we would occasionally get old school plot files. The Canon RIP that controlled the plotter would covert them automatically.
