OSM edits show up 24h later if you include the POI tags it is looking for to be shown. The address detection needs some more tolerance though. It mostly fails if I do not include commas at the necessary spots or use area codes with city names. I'm personally happy with qwant in general as bing index frontend and like their open approach with maps
